MAHIKENG MAIL – MAHIKENG - Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality Executive Mayor, Cllr Khumalo Molema, expressed his jubilation to have a young woman as a TLB Driver. Molefe showered words of wisdom on Ms Sibongile Kgosana, during the handover of brand new TLBs to the Basic Services & Public Works team.
“In an effort to reduce outsourcing of plants due to financial constraints, the municipality has taken a decision to procure its own plant and hire young people with the necessary documentation to operate such,” said Molefe.
The District Municipality is committed to ensure optimal service delivery performance, thus investing in yellow fleet to reduce high costs that the municipality has been spending.
