MAHIKENG MAIL - MAHIKENG - Voting lines for Mrs Bold South Africa 2024 will close in 15 days (30 July). The public can support their favourite from the last six finalists, and among them is Atlarelang Mahuma from Mahikeng, representing North West province in the pageant competition set to take place in October 2024.
Atlarelang is an inspirational female who is “an agent for change”. She has organised charity initiatives in recent months that has helped the less privileged by donating food parcels, sanitary towels and motivating learners in various schools in Mahikeng.
“It is very important to be the agent of change in your community. We are faced with a lot challenges in our community and we need to work together in addressing these social ills where we have a lot of youth unemployment, drugs abuse, teenage pregnancy and GBV. These are some of the challenges that need our attention. We need to support and help our youth, particularly females, by creating opportunities for them as they are most affected by social ills. I would also like to thank everyone who has supported and voted for meon this journey. To team 84 and members of Di bruin gospel project I really appreciate you,” said Atlarelang.
