He felt a deep yearning to help the town grow and become known for its unique touch, a man brilliant in business development and inspiring ideas.
An entrepreneur who believes that opportunity was everywhere - you simply had to open your eyes to see it. But something was missing. In the heart of Kock Street where small vendors lined the sidewalks and customers navigated un-even pavements, he saw potential.
One evening, while driving through the area, he envisioned a modern shopping centre, a place where local businesses could thrive, residents could shop comfortably and jobs could be created for the community - the idea of Clearview Square was born.
