BONUS - RUSTENBURG - Al-Imdaad Foundation had been operating in the North West through local volunteers for an extended period but in last two years. The North West branch has since made an impact by improving the lives of residents across various municipalities.
In collaboration with the Provincial Department of Health, the Foundation organised a cataract surgery camp at Job Shimankana Tabane Hospital in Rustenburg, providing essential eye care services to patients waiting on extended backlogs.
The hospital is also the site of weekly Slice-4-Life Sandwich distributions for patients waiting in line for health services.

Al-Imdaad Foundation has also supported education in the province through distributions of stationery packs, school bags, and shoes to disadvantaged learners in various municipalities including Madibeng, Kgetleng, Rustenburg and Ngaka Modiri Molema.
They installed boreholes for communities in the Zinniaville and Moruleng areas, as well as at the Job Shimankana Tabane Hospital in Rustenburg. They also have weekly feeding projects in informal settlements and disadvantaged areas as well as the school garden at Zinniaville Secondary School, which has generated revenue for the school through the sale of produce.
