The Bashiga Clan in the entire Bafokeng region celebrated Heritage Day the past weekend.
During his speech, the chairperson of the clan emphasized the point that the Bashiga Clan, under the Kingship of Kgosi Leruo Tshekedi Molotlegi, should guard against people who become divisive to the their society.
“They should know that “there is no Bashiga ba Raphafana and other Bashiga - there is only one Bashiga,” the chairman said.The Bashiga Clan would like to extend their thanks to people who supported them by contributing to the event.
These include the Office of Kgosi, Phokeng Taxi Association and Kanana Taxi Association .
