BONUS – RUSTENBURG - “It is the last SPCA ‘blikskud’ of the year on 25 November, please Rustenburg make it the best!
Their mission is to rescue and they dream that one day, they will no longer have to. They aim to provide complete care for abused and abandoned cats and dogs, from rescue to medical care, rehabilitation and placement in forever homes.
Animal rescue is hard work - it is a 24/7 job and it never ends. You often want to give up but every tail wag and happy ending reminds you why all the time, tears, money and pain are worth it in the end.

And for all those animal rescuers who have fallen in love a thousand times and cried into the fur of a lifeless body, thank you angels. If you want to be an animal hero this Christmas please don’t ignore the wonderful SPCA volunteers who give up their Saturdays to ‘Skud the blik’.
If you can’t make it to the Blikskud, please donate to: Rustenburg SPCA, FNB Cheque account, Account no 53604095349, Branch no 260246, Ref: donation.
