Lentswe, Jouberton - Phodiso Worship Centre held its yearly Good Friday event, but this occasion was unforgettable, one that would be no-ted in the history of the church. They had honored guests in attendance to celebrate this unforgettable day, such as Cllr Mahlope (the Executive Mayor), MMC Wesley Kgang, Cllr Molefi, Cllr Mokhele, Sgt Morakabi, Ms Motsoali, and Mrs V Kgetha from KT Hospital, who joined to witness and engage in this extraordinary event.
The occasion began with the unveiling and consecration of the guild’s new attire.
The inauguration was led by Apostle TD Mofokeng, who highlighted the importance of wearing our uniform with pride and dignity. He continued with the service by blessing every uniform, and along with the mayor they cut the ribbon and officially unveiled the uniforms of Phodiso Worship Centre.
The ceremony went on as each guild came forward, and Apostle Mofokeng, with help from Bishop Makoro, dressed all the guild members in their newly revealed uniforms.
It was a memorable event, featuring immediate family, relatives, and friends gathering to witness the reveal of their beloved individuals’ beautiful uniforms. The ceremony proceeded with the seven phrases of the cross. In this instance, the pastors delivered every single word.
The service was extremely powerful, truly magnificent, and an emotional day. The church was completely filled as individuals from throughout our community came together to witness and listen to the message of God.
