Lentswe, Jouberton - The ward 8 Councillor Mlungisi Mbele and his committee celebrated Valentine’s Day with the staff and learners of Techford Disability Centre in Jouberton Ext 6.
There were lots of fun and activities on February14, such as a talent show, fashion contest, dance competition, best dressed learner for the day.
It became clear and surprising that the disabled learners are capable and can do so much.
The theme for the day was, Love is caring and sharing.
The Cllr and his committee distributed gifts that were prepared for the learners.
