Lentswe, Klerksdorp - Klerksdorp Police are investigating a case of murder after two bodies were found inside a vehicle on Saturday morning June 1 near the cemetery.  Turns out the bodies belong to two men that were last seen on Thursday May 30 when they left their homes in Khuma for a job in Jouberton. According to Lt Col Amanda Funani, police spokesperson, the men were reported missing at Khuma SAPS.

Thami Makhaya and Obadiya Siphido Leolo were found with gunshot wounds on their upper body.

The bodies were found inside a white Chevrolet utility vehicle at the entrance to the landfill site on the Zandpan Road. The area were cordoned off during the morning and treated as a crime scene.

Funani said the motive for the killings is still unknown. Investigation continues.
