Lentswe, Khuma - The Premier of North West, Lazarus Mokgosi, visited Khuma as part of the Thuntsha Lerole program. Accompanied by key officials, including MEC of Agriculture Cllr Madoda Sambatha, Executive Mayor of the City of Matlosana, Cllr Fikile Mahlophe, and Speaker of DR KK, Cllr Xlolile Nxozana, the Premier was overseeing the inspection of pothole patching and handed over certificates for beekeeping and honey harvesting.
This initiative is part of the provincial government’s efforts to accelerate service delivery and address challenges faced by local communities. The Thuntsha Lerole program has been rolled out across various municipalities in the North West province, providing integrated services such as water and sanitation, roads maintenance, infrastructure projects, waste management, and health and social services.Â
