RUSTENBURG HERALD - RUSTENBURG - On 5 August, Tayla Lucas competed at the IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) North West Provincials in Potchefstroom, where she won the Wellness Division and was crowned the IFBB North West Wellness Champion.
Following this achievement, she was selected for the North West Team and will be competing at the South African Championships, taking place from 11–13 September in Durban.
At this event, she will aim to earn a place on the South African Bodybuilding Team to represent the country at the IFBB World Championships in November.
She is a proud mother of three, residing in Rustenburg and her role model is two-time IFBB Elite Pro, Angel Varnfield, whose dedication and achievements inspire her own journey in the sport.
