Lentswe, Klerksdorp - The municipality launched the Lemosa Modiri campaign in Alabama at Ext 5, Ward 4 last week. The executive mayor, Cllr Fikile Mahlophe, along with MMC for Local Economic Development, Cllr Wesley Kgang, and MMC for Infrastructure Cllr Steferd Barrends, led the initiative on Friday October 18.

The campaign aims to assist residents with a variety of services, including the registration of indigent subsidies, confirmation of residential accounts and permits, meter box applications, and any other account inquiries.

This initiative is specifically targeted at the residents of Matlosana, as well as businesses, churches, estates, and privately owned vacant properties within the area.

According to Cllr Mahlophe, the initiative reflects the city’s commitment to supporting and educating its residents, ensuring that all members of the Matlosana community have access to essential services.
