Councillors and officials of the City of Matlosana were awarded certificates of completion after successfully obtaining their Municipal Governance Certificate NQF Level 5. The certificates were presented by Marx Moabelo, the Director of Corporate Services and Assistant Director for Human Resources, Alice Mbotshane. Cllr Stella Ngwenya-Mondlane, the Speaker of the Council, was among the recipients of the certificates. She expressed appreciation for everyone involved, recognizing their perseverance and commitment to earning their qualifications. The speaker also emphasized that this accomplishment will allow them to contribute to council meetings with a more informed perspective.
