a title="The Stilfontein police are searching for the three men who robbed Civic Café in the Civic Centre on May 3."""Lentswe, Stilfontein - Foreigners who operate shops in Stilfontein are living in fear after armed robbers raided their shops in the past three weeks. Lentswe has heard that five robberies have taken place in the past three weeks on shops owned by Bangladeshis.

According to W/O Naas Venter, it is unknown whether these are the same suspects, as their faces were covered with balaclavas.

In one robbery on May 3 at around 18:40, the Civic Café in the Civic Centre was robbed.

According to Venter, three men robbed the shop. One was armed with a 9mm pistol. R7 000 in cash and cigarettes worth R1 600 were robbed. The police were able to compile facial composites of the three robbers based on descriptions. All three are from Lesotho, dark, medium height, one is slim, they have no obvious tattoos, all three have brown eyes and one has only one eye.

It is uncertain whether this is due to an injury or whether he has one eye permanently. All three speak Sotho with a Lesotho accent. The one man with only one eye was wearing a black jacket, khaki trousers and a black hat. The other two were wearing white T-shirts under white jackets with cream trousers. One was wearing a white/cream beanie. The other was wearing a white hat.

One of the men had a sideburn. His henchmen were clean-shaven. They are all between 28 and 32 years old.
