Lentswe, Klerksdorp - The Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) has identified a WhatsApp number 069 765 3470 fraudulently presented as an official helpline, soliciting payments from clients to facilitate Two Pot claims. Please note that GEPF does not operate any WhatsApp Helpline and the services are free of charge. The GEPF urges people not to pay anyone a fee in order to get assistance from them. They also remind people not to share personal details with strangers.
They added GEPF clients should submit their resignation, and retirement claims via employer departments or the GEPF Self Service (for Two Pot benefit).
