Lentswe, Stilfontein - Puma, a German multinational corporation that designs and manufacture athletic and casual footwear, apparel, and accessories, presented the multi-talented rugby player, athlete and bowler, Reneilwe “Habana” Manyobe, with a spring in his step with a new pair of boots. The hand over took place at Laerskool Stilfontein in front of class-mates, the school principal, and teachers.
StarFM Sportscaster JZ Gwabeni handed a pair of Puma PWRTAPE with a technology that provides targeted reinforcement, support and greater fixation of the foot in the shoe. This will vastly improve the performance of Habana Manyobe.
The gesture is giving motivation to the efforts of Habana to raise R70 000 after he was selected by the KOSH u/13 Rugby Team to tour Italy in December 2024.
