The DA’s Federal Leader, John Steenhuisen joined residents and party activists in Klerksdorp on Monday morning April 29 on a march to protest against corruption and cadre deployment. He was accompanied by the North West Provincial Leader, Leon Basson and the Provincial Chairperson, Freddy Sonakile. The march convened at Triest Training Centre in Elm Street from where they walked down Central Avenue. Following the march, the delegation travelled to Ventersdorp to pay respects to the family of the late DA Councillor, Lawrence Motlhoiwa, conduct an oversight visit to the Ventersdorp Stadium and engage members of the community.
