Lentswe, Klerksdorp - Kopano Ke Matla Gospel Choir is a Clap-n-Tap choir based in Jouberton.
The choir was established in 1992 and since the inception of the choir has won several competitions and awards.
The choir was one of the group shortlisted for the competition of Clap-n-Tap, organized by the Moemedi Monk Matsepe Foundation.
Sixteen choirs participated in this competition and the overall winner was Kopano Ke Matla Gospel Choir. Second place went to Tlokwe Gospel Choir.
The best female vocalist prize was won by Kopano Ke Matla Gospel Choir’s Nomsa Khwaza for outstanding performance.
