BRITS POS – BRITS – Members of Brits police, the Department of Correctional Services, Department of Social Development and the Department of Health took part in Child Protection Week activities.
On Wednesday, 28 May they paid a visit to Laerskool De Kroon and addressed Grade 5 to 7 learners on Children’s Rights as embedded in the Children’s Act (Act No 38 of 2005).
Then it was on to Kleinfontein Primary School and last but definitely not least, they visited Reamogetswe Child and Youth Care centre in Sonop, where they donated toiletries and toys to 33 children placed at the centre. (Photos: SAPS)
