BRITS POS – BRITS - For the second month in a row motorists will be delighted to find some further relief at the pumps this month as the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy has announced significant decreases across fuel grades, effective from midnight on Tuesday 1 April 2025.
The decreases will positively impact businesses and consumers alike, easing financial strain on transport costs and the price of good.

Fuel price fluctuations are always a concern, and it is good to see a second downward adjustment this month. Diesel prices are showing the greatest decrease and motorists in coastal regions will benefit most from the decreases in both petrol and diesel. 
FUEL PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
PETROL
Inland:
•    93 ULP & LRP: 58.00 cents per litre decrease (Retail Pump Price)
•    95 ULP & LRP: 72.00 cents per litre decrease (Retail Pump Price)
DIESEL
Inland:
•    0.05% Sulphur Content: 83.80 cents per litre decrease
•    0.005% Sulphur Content: 85.80 cents per litre decrease
ILLUMINATING PARAFFIN
Inland:
•    Wholesale List Price: 81.70 cents per litre decrease
ILLUMINATING PARAFFIN (SMNRP)
•    National - 114 cents per litre decrease
LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas)
Inland:
•    Maximum Retail Price: 79.00 cents per kilogram decrease
