The drama teacher at Mountain Cambridge School, Talita Landsberg, was awarded two prestigious awards from the South African Championships of Performing Arts (SACOPA) as Best Director of the North West and Best Teacher of the Year.
Under her guidance the students excelled during the SACOPA with a total of 194 gold, 119 silver and 3 bronze medals, securing their spot in Team SA for the World Championships in Los Angeles, California, next year. With Talita is Carolina van Heerden, the principal of Mountain Cambridge School.
