After many months of complaints from both pedestrians and motorists about the state of Escom Street and Waterval Ave and the danger that it poses to the public, the Rustenburg Department of Public Works and Roads, under the leadership of its Manager, Michael Phiri Motshegare, undertook the task to try and make conditions at this intersection better for road users.
On Monday, 11 August, the team could be seen filling up potholes, a gesture that brought hope to regular road users.
