RUSTENBURG HERALD - RUSTENBURG - NG Bergsig is excited to announce their much-anticipated Golf Day, taking place on Thursday, 27 March 2025 at the Rustenburg Golf Club.
This event is more than just a day on the greens — it’s an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the community while enjoying a round of golf with friends and colleagues. NG Bergsig plays an important role in supporting the Rustenburg community through various outreach and care initiatives.
This includes specifically monitored support for those in need and school feeding projects. To continue this work, they rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses willing to stand with them. The Golf Day is one of their key fundraising events, helping them extend their impact where it’s needed most. They still have openings for four-balls and tee-sponsors, and they invite you to be part of this special day. Here’s how you can participate: Enter a Four-Ball: R4 500 per team of four, including a gift pack, refreshments, and two golf carts; Sponsor a Tee or Key Area: R3 500 for branding opportunities on a tee, the 18th green, or the entrance circle; Donate Prizes or Financial Contributions: Help them reward the participants and maximise the fundraising efforts. Golfers will compete in a two-ball (better ball), scramble drive format, with non-handicapped players assigned a 12 handicap (men) or 18 handicap (ladies).
