Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - A vaccination drive, launched by the Matlosana Municipality and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, will take place next week. All vaccinations are free.

There is no crisis, this is for prevention and awareness. The vaccinations will take place between 09:00 and 15:00 on all the days.

 

The drive will start on Monday September 2 with vaccinations in Ceronio Park Orkney and Kanana sports ground. The drive will then continue on Tuesday September 3 at Orkney & Klerksdorp Animal Shelter (Leemhuis Street) and the state veterinarian’s office at 57 Buffeldoorn Road.

Attention Stilfontein! The drive on Wednesday September 4 will be at the old Lion’s Club building (Growing in Grace Christian School) and at the police station in Khuma.

On Thursday September 5 the focus will be on Hartbeesfontein, with vaccinations at Hinterland in Hartbeesfontein, Tigane sports ground, the field near the Post Office in Dominionville and the sports ground in Brakspruit.

On September 9, the teams will be at the park next to the N12 opposite Tower Mall in Alabama and opposite the police station in Jouberton.  

Owners are urged to bring their dogs and cats for these vaccinations.
