Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - Combat Martial Arts in Klerksdorp at Fitness Zone have some athletes making waves. The club is affiliated with Coalition Grappling Academy (CGA) in Potchefstroom.
Eduan Pienaar and Ivan Murray competed in a Mixed Martial Arts Event, Grass Roots 5, on August 16 in Johannesburg. Both won their fights by decision against tough opponents.
This was Eduan’s third Grass Roots event and third win. Both are looking to compete again in November and continue to improve their MMA records.
