Lentswe, Klerksdorp - Alumni from the NW School of Design are making waves throughout the country. Tshegofatso Sepotokele, who is from Botswana, is carrying the torch throughout Southern Africa. She showcased her designs at Fashion without Borders in Botswana recently. The event celebrated a decade of diversity through African fashion and art. It was held at the Grand Palm Hotel in Gaborone on Friday October 18. “I also had the honour of dressing former Big Brother Mzansi contestant Yolanda, who is an activist for people living with Vitiligo,” she told Lentswe. Her message to the teens of Klerksdorp are to follow their dreams no matter how big they might seem and to always keep going despite challenges you might face.
