Lentswe, Orkney - In another shooting in town, a man was gunned down while walking on a sidewalk near a popular fast food restaurant and the busy taxi terminus. The shooting was reported just after 19:00 on Saturday March 23. A woman who stays in Charlotte Maxeke Street near where the murder happened told Lentswe it sounded like fireworks exploding on New Year’s Day when she heard the gunshots. Brig Sabatha Mokgwabone, police spokesperson, said the victim was approached by four unknown men, all armed with handguns.

Lentswe, Klerksdorp - A new Cathlab was installed at Tshepong Hospital and is currently in its training phase. Dr Binu Luke, technical advisor to the Deputy Director General, told Lentswe that the first procedure was done on Tuesday March 26 when an emergency medical procedure needed to be done on a patient.
