At first a case of a missing person was registered at Mooinooi police station after 19-year-old Lerato Moalosi was reported missing. According to information, Moalosi and her boyfriend arrived at her place in the early hours of Sunday morning, 2 February in Modikwane, in Modderspruit, Mooinooi.

This regulation applies even to those systems that do not feed electricity into the grid. The move is part of Eskom’s broader effort to ensure compliance with national electricity regulations and maintain grid stability.
