GEMSBOK-UPINGTON: Belinda Benita de Wee, a dedicated teacher and talented artist from Upington, has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious MRS ROLE MODEL NATIONAL SA competition. 
The event will take place in Durban on November 8th and 9th, 2024.
Belinda, a 57-year-old wife, mother of three, and grandmother of three, has inspired countless young minds during her 36-year teaching career. 
She is also a talented YouTube actress, appearing in 18 short films, and a motivational speaker who has shared her message with audiences everywhere.


In addition to her teaching and acting career, Belinda is a photographer, gospel artist and storyteller on Radio Riverside. She has also appeared as an extra in the popular TV series Suidooster and a Netflix film.
As a finalist for MRS ROLE MODEL NATIONAL SA, Belinda aims to make Upington proud and encourage every young person to chase their dreams. 
She believes that with determination and hard work, anything is possible
