Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - The Matlosana Municipality launched a local industrial development programme to empower local SMMEs.
The municipality in collaboration with SALGA North West and Mbuso Management Solutions, supported by Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority (LGSETA) launched the programme at Itireleng Learning Centre in Vaal Reefs on Friday February 2.
The launch was attended by executives such as the MMC Local Economic Development (LED), Cllr Moagi Kodisang, founder and CEO of Mbuso Management Solutions, Daddy Khuselo, Miss World South Africa 2023, Dr Claude Mashego, LED Manager, Jonny Danxa, Sweetness Khomba, Nonki Motsapi and local SMMEs.
In his opening speech, MMC Kodisang motivated SMMEs to be patient and care for their business to ensure that it makes a profit.
He also urged SMMEs to take part in the programme and never give up on it.
