Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - The Klerksdorp Bowls Club’s ladies battled it out this past weekend in the club’s singles championships.
Group phases were played on Saturday April 12 to determine who will meet each other in the play-offs. Winners of the respective groups advanced to the knock-out rounds.
The finalists, Janine Harvey and Lany Olivier, displayed exceptional skills to entertain the crowd with Olivier winning the gold medal and the title of Club Champion.
Janine Harvey won silver with Chantal Tereblanche and Felecity du Toit in the bronze medal positions.
