A women’s day event took place at Ntswaki’s Place with the former MEC of Sports and Culture, Grace Pampiri, as well as speakers from different women’s institutions. The leading topic was about women who don’t know their places and disrespecting their equals and this leading to more divorce and killings in families. Women also touched on the issue of leadership in different institutions and women who must offer the bodies to get employment.

Kaizer Chiefs branches unite
The Leeudoringstad Kaizer Chiefs branch hosted the stokvel of branches in the NW and also Bothaville on August 2. The practiced rafole games and dance to raise funds.
Giving back to the community
Jenny Senatle from Jouberton Ext 1, owner of Ntswaki’s Pub, gave back to the community. He donated jerseys and clothes to the Emmanuel Disability Centre. He is with Jerry Griqua, Emmanuel Magabe, Kegomoditswe Phutiyagae, Ntsikelelo Nkonka, Puseletso Leepile, Gogo Betty Msinga and Vuyiswa Makhatini.
Empowering the youth
Lentswe, Khuma - The Masibambane Youth and Skills Development (MYASD) NPO in partnership with Khuma Clinic and other stakeholders hosted a successful Mandela Day event. They reached out to 113 young people who received sanitary products, clothes and underwent medical screenings at the clinic.
