NOORDWESTER – LICHTENBURG – Antonios Ziazias, owner of Sanlam Centre, encourages all businesses to tackle much-needed marking of streets in town.
Last week, Ziazias, along with his son and work team, marked and painted a section of Dr Nelson Mandela Road and covered all the expenses themselves.

According to Ziazias “It can be done. If we just take the necessary steps, use some initiative and stand together.

Together we can make a change”. “Saam kan ons die dorp herbou,” he believes. He encourages all businesses to embark on similar projects to improve the town’s infrastructure.
Ziazias expressed his sincere gratitude to the Head of the Traffic Department, Patrick Diphole, Unit Manager Traffic and Licencing, and the two traffic officers who helped ensure the flow of traffic during the project.
“It looks good!” says Ziazias, and he hopes other businesses will follow suit to make a positive difference in the community.
Where the main street is marked already it makes a big difference. Let’s see how quickly we can mark streets to have a safer town. Thank you for the initiative started by Antonios Ziazias.
