NOORDWESTER – LICHTENBURG – Muriël Poole, longtime volunteer, is very grateful for the generous donation that the animal shelter has received. “It keeps us going and gives us the courage to move on in difficult and challenging circumstances.”

The community’s hearts and hands are open to Dierewelsyn where a lot of good work is done for every animal that needs to be taken care of.
Workers and helpers are primarily volunteers who, out of the goodness of their hearts, make a difference. Poole was particularly impressed with the attitude and skill of the team that dropped off the donated food. It was meticulous, neat, and quickly done. Their help was phenomenal.
