According to the Speaker of the Matlosana Municipality, Stella Mondlane-Ngwenya, the assembly aims to promote accountability and bridge the gap between ordinary people and their elected representatives.
This open meeting will take place in the Ball Room at the Civic Centre in the CBD on Wednesday January 24. It will start at 10:00. “It seeks to promote greater public voice and enhance public participation in governance by providing information about the functionalities of the different departments and allow the citizens to be provided with feedback,” she said.
