Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - Three athletes from Klerksdorp were the stars of the Puma Classic that was held in Bedfordview over the past weekend.
Business owner, Susan de Jongh and fitness instructor, Natasha Willemse returned with various medals after competing in this body building and fitness model competition. Both local athletes performed exceptionally well with Susan scooping the top prize for women athletes.
Her prize is a paid flight ticket to Thailand to attend the World competition in November! She also won first place bikini fitness, first place bikini masters over 45, and first place bikini fitness overall. She was placed second in ladies body building and third in bikini overall.
Natasha achieved three first places (bikini tall, glamour model and bikini overall) as well as a second place for wellness. Natasha was also invited to the World competition.
Local model and entrepreneur, Maatje Luus won the bikini category for u171 cm. She also received an invite to Thailand.
