Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - A local bodybuilder will represent South Africa at the UIBFF World Championships in November.

Martin de Bruto will be on stage in India on November 22 and 23. As a former SA hurdler he knows the pressure involved on the global stage. “My passion for sport has been a lifelong journey. As an athlete, I’ve always been driven by a love for competition and self-improvement,’’ he said.

His enthusiasm extends beyond athletics to rugby and cricket. For him it is the discipline and camaraderie that defines sport. Lately, Martin has been channelling this energy into personal training, empowering others to reach their full potential.

This year marked a milestone when he received his pro-card in Men’s Physique in August. “Now, I’m set to compete on the world stage in India at the end of November for UIBFF!”

He said his strength stems from his faith, knowing that God is his rock. “This unwavering belief fuels my dedication to fitness and inspires me to push beyond limits. As I embark on this next chapter, I’m driven to not only achieve success but to also motivate others to embrace their own fitness journeys, spreading the transformative power of health and wellness.”
