NOORDWESTER – BIESIESVLEI – On Monday, 7 October police followed up on anonymous information that there were hidden items at a certain house in Itekeng.
Consequently, a search was conducted and a 32 year-old male was apprehended at Extention 1 in Itekeng after he failed to account for possession of two solar panel boards and a battery to the value of R12 000.
The suspect will appear in court on Friday, 25 October. Warrant Officer Ipotseng Tlhalerwa, the Acting Station Commander, expressed her gratitude for the swift response of members and said, “Indeed such dedication will bring all the offenders of the law to book.”
