NOORDWESTER - COLIGNY – Residents of Lichtenburg were fed up with the Lichtenburg License Department, who was not able to help them with renewals or temporarily license matters, even if they had an approved eye test certificate. A photo and thumb prints is also needed.
After discussions, it became clear that another town might be the answer and as such, a number of people drove to Coligny.
What a pleasant experience it turned out to be. Friendly, capable and fast staff helped everyone. On behalf of all the Lichtenburg residents that took the time and effort to use their facility, on Wednesday, a big shout out: Thank you.
