NOORDWESTER – MAHIKENG - A case of a missing student was registered during May and the case was allocated to detective Warrant Officer O.A. Motlhabane. 
Thabiso Alias Motolo, known as Soso, a North West University (Mahikeng Campus) student went missing. The University CCTV showed him leaving the campus alone. 
Friends could not assist. Nevertheless, Warrant Officer Motlhabane didn’t despair and followed any lead that came his way.

As information regarding Thabiso’s disapperance was circulated, WA Motlhabane received a call that he was at Mmopyane Village outside Moruleng.
Motlhabane immediately informed Thabiso’s family and travelled with them to said location and he was positively identified  The Motolo family is grateful for the dedication and devotion of the investigating officer, who worked tirelessly to reunite them with their child. 
The District Commissioner Major General Mmatlhapi Mmolawa, applauded the hard work and meticulous investigation of Warrant Officer Motlhabane and Sergeant Lekebe.
