They left their place of work in a white Toyota Hilux Raider bakkie, registration number KWF254NW, to collect spare parts in Klerkindustria, but never returned.
Hospitals stop repeat prescriptions for out-of-towners
Klerksdorp Midweek, Klerksdorp - In future, pharmaceutical services at Klerksdorp and Tshepong hospitals will only issue repeat medication to local patients. This decision was made because they are inundated with patients from neighbouring towns and to ease the load will from now on only serve patients residing in the Kosh Area. In a statement last week, they said patients who visit from neighbouring towns will be referred back to their own medical facilities to pick up their repeat medication. This ruling will make it easier for the patients as they would not have to travel to the hospitals in Klerksdorp and Jouberton. Oggendtee om Vrouedag te vier
Klerksdorp Midweek, Klerksdorp - NG Welsyn se jaarlikse Vrouedag oggendtee lê voor die deur en gas-vroue is druk besig om kaartjies vir die geselligheid te verkoop. Die tee vind plaas op 16 Augustus, 9:00 vir 9:30 by C’est La Belle in Vleistraat. Kaartjies is R280 per persoon wat ’n heerlike ligte ete insluit. Dit sal ook die eerste keer wees wat Liezel Pieters in Klerksdorp optree. Sy is een van die grootste stemme in Afrikaans en opgewonde oor haar optrede by die oggendtee. In Mei 2024 het sy die enkelsnit “Sterre” vrygestel. Sy het ook saam met Juanita du Plessis en JAN JAN JAN gewerk aan die Suid-Afrikaanse weergawe van “Africa,” wat in 2024 uitgereik is. Die uitreiking van haar debuutalbum, Sing Uit My Hart Uit, in 2017, staan vir haar uit as een van haar hoogtepunte en treffers soos Asemloos en Miljoene Druppels is op dié album ingesluit.
