BRITS POS – BRITS – Die dansers van Dance@Work-dansskool in Brits het tydens die Stage Quest danskompetisie, wat van 28 Oktober tot 6 November in Centurion gehou is, puik vertonings in die style Lyrical, Modern, Acrobatics en Hip Hop gelewer en uitnemende prestasies verwerf.
Die dansers, wat almal by die International Dance Federation geregistreer is, het gedurende Junie en Julie die gereguleerde eskamens suksesvol afgelê en gekwalifiseer om aan die Stage Quest danskompetisie deel te neem.
Krieketspelers swaai die wilgerlat
BRITS POS – BRITS – Die afgelope Saterdag en Sondag, 2 en 3 November, het die krieketespanne van Brits Krieketklub uitstaande vertonings in hul onderskeie wedstryde gelewer, met noemenswaardige individuele bydraes wat gelei het tot beduidende oorwinnings in die onderskeie ligas.
Brits 1ste XI vs Hammanskraal 1ste XI
In die Titans Promosie Liga het Brits 1ste XI ‘n indrukwekkende oorwinning van 110 lopies teen Hammanskraal 1ste XI behaal in Hammanskraal op die Mandela Oval, 2 November.
Ron is SA se landingskampioen
BRITS POS – BRITS – Die Suid-Afrikaanse Presisie Vlieg en -Landingskampioenskappe is Saterdag, 26 Oktober, weer eens met groot sukses by Brits Vliegklub aangebied en Ron Stirk van Brits is as algehele Suid-Afrikaanse landingskampioen gekroon.
Dié kampioenskappe bestaan uit ‘n Noordelike sektor (Noordwes, Gauteng en Vrystaat) wat by Brits Vliegklub en ‘n Suidelike sektor (Kaapprovinsie) wat in Stellenbosch plaasgevind het.

BRITS POS – BRITS - The 2024 Toyota Gazoo Racing SA GR Cup season came to an exhilarating conclusion at the Zwartkops International Raceway near Pretoria this past weekend.
With the GR Cup Media Challenge, GR Cup Dealer Challenge, and GR86 Development Academy titles already decided before the event, it was all about pride, podium finishes, and strong performances to close out the season. Fans were treated to two exciting race heats in the blistering Zwartkops sunshine, rounding off a fantastic year of GR Cup action.
SA’s Brad Cox crowned World Rally2 Champion in Morocco
BRITS POS – MOROCCO - After an exemplary year in MotoSports, South African Brad Cox (26) has achieved his goal after being crowned the World Rally2 Champion in the 2024 Rallye Du Maroc, World Rally-Raid Championship last weekend.
Brad, who races for BAS World KTM Racing, scored a double whammy by winning the rally and the title in Morocco, snatching the championship from Romain Dumontier (Team Honda) with Konrad Dąbrowski (Duust Rally) coming third.
