‘n Hoogtepunt Saterdagaand is ‘n voorlesing van gedigte deur bekroonde digters Tom Dreyer, Toast Coetzer en Alwyn Roux. Op die program dui dit aan dat hulle sal gedigte voorlees in ruil vir wyn. Die joernalis Jo Prins sal die voorlesing op koers hou. Dit is maar een van die vele hoogtepunte op die program met lesers van jeugverhale, en die gewilde Romanzas wat ook van hul geliefde skrywers sal ontmoet.

Raising funds through art

This past weekend, a group of eager matrics at Curro Klerksdorp presented a fundraising initiative they call ARTC or Artists Reflecting the Community. It is Emile Chahine’s brain child and was pulled off so successfully, he and the team managed to raise almost R20 000 to hand over to Reach for a Dream.
Hospital leads the way in stroke care

The Angels Diamond Award, the top achievement in the Angels Awards program, underscoring the hospitals unwavering dedication to stroke care was awarded to the Life Anncron Hospital.
