Golden Masters and Zamalek Masters clashed at the Easter tournament in Ext 7 West on April 20. Golden Masters beat Zamalek on penalties. Palesa Lehasa from Khuma is proud of her medal she received after completing the Two Oceans 56 km marathon. “I am still on cloud nine after the surprise congratulatory celebration party my team and colleagues at Khuma Transnet Community Centre threw for me! Completing the marathon was an incredible achievement, and their recognition and support mean the world to me.’’ She finished the marathon in a time of 5hours and 11minutes, bagging a bronze medal.

Lentswe, Jouberton - Monna Sechabeng and various government departments present a Jouberton Easter soccer tournament for 16 primary schools in the township over Easter weekend. Netball, skipping and jukskei will be played from April 19 to 21 at Kgarejane and Brazil Stadium, Jouberton swimming pool, Makoorta stadium as well as Matlosana stadium (finals).
