City warns about fireworks

This week the municipality issued a warning to residents against the use of illegal fireworks. Anyone found in contravention of the city regulations will face fines in accordance with the municipal Nuisances and Public Behaviour By-law and the National Control of Explosives/Fireworks Act.

Klerksdorp Rekord, Potchefstroom - Die Liggiefees by die Abraham Kriel Kinderfees in Potchefstroom is nou al tradisie. Die fees word elke jaar net groter en beter. Toegang is vanaf R40 en hekke maak elke aand 18:00 oop. Vrydagaand 13 Desember tree Droomsindroom op en Barto tree op 14 Desember op. Police ready for festive season
Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - The Safer Festive Season Operation Shanela continues to bring alleged perpetrators to book as we enter the start of the holidays.
Police in conjunction with other law enforcement agencies and role players arrested 880 suspects during enhanced crime prevention and combatting operations conducted between November 25 and December 1.
