Klerksdorp Rekord, Klerksdorp - Residents of Klerksdorp are baying for the blood of the driver of the Mercedes Benz that crashed into another car on Sunday night October 13, killing everyone inside.

He then left the scene of the accident in another vehicle, only to report to the police two days later. Klerksdorp Record can disclose that the man who was behind the steering wheel of the speeding Benz, is indeed a practising attorney in Klerksdorp. He reported at the police station on Tuesday morning October 15 where a warning statement was taken informing him of his rights.

Klerksdorp Rekord, Klerksdorp - Die DA in Matlosana het ‘n petisie geloods om inwoners te kry om druk op die munisipaliteit te plaas sodat ‘n volskaalse oudit van die stad se paaie gedoen kan word.

Rdl Jacky Basson het verlede week gesê die behoefte is groot om beskadigde paaie reg te maak, instandhouding te doen en in sommige plekke op te gradeer. 

Sy het gesê dat munisipale amptenare tydens die burgemeesters Imbizo in Klerksdorp gesê het paaie word nie geprioritiseer nie, “omdat dit nie inkomste genereer nie”.

KIerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - Last week, the NW Hawks arrested a Johannesburg businesswoman for her alleged involvement in defrauding an unsuspecting Jouberton woman of R600 000 in a romance scam.

The money was traced to a business account belonging to Caroline Diana Sserufusa (37). She appeared in the Specialised Commercial Crime Court sitting in Klerksdorp, on charges of fraud and money laundering on Wednesday October 9.
