Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - Well-known businessman and motorsport enthusiast Farouk Dangor will be showing off two of his most prized possessions at the inaugural Speed Classic Cape Town.
This event is a new hill climb event on Philip Kgosana Drive on October 25 and 26 that begins with a Classic Car race on the Saturday, before shifting to all-out speed with the King of the Mountain showdown on the 1.8km course.

The event took place on Saturday October 18. Founded in 1965, the Klerksdorp Lions Club has been a beacon of hope and support for the local community, embodying the Lions International motto: “We Serve.”

Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - The International Fine Arts Association (IFAA) Diamond Team award is a prestigious award reserved for only the most elite dancers, recognizing those who achieve an exceptional score of 95% or higher.
This high standard ensures that only the most dedicated and skilled performers earn a place on the team. Dancers of Klerksdorp’s UMDA Dance Studio were invited as a team to participate in the international competition.
They were included in the Beauty and the Beast show, as well as the Disney Parade.
Klerksdorp Record, Klerksdorp - NW Musikon, the city’s highly regarded music school, has a night of electrifying music on the cards for locals.
The show is called Decades and will be held on Friday October 24. It will start at 18:00, at the Musikon’s Auditorium.
