Police seek assistance in identifying a suspect in a rape case
STELLALANDER-VRYBURG: Vryburg Police have issued an urgent appeal to the community for assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in connection with a Vryburg rape case committed on Monday, 11 November 2024.
According to the police, the suspect is described as being of light to medium complexion, approximately 1.75 meters tall, with a slender build and brown eyes. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black hooded jacket, yellow track pants, white sneakers, and a black beanie. The Vryburg Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) is leading the investigation. Constable Kutlwano Pusoeng has urged anyone with information regarding the suspect’s identity or whereabouts to come forward.
Police make a large confiscation of drugs, firearms and cash
STELLALANDER-DRYHARTS: A Crime Intelligence led operation resulted in the arrest of two suspects following two separate searches on Friday morning, 08 November for dealing in drugs, unlawful possession of firearms and unlawful possession of ammunition. According to reports, search and seizure warrants were executed at two residences at Lehatlheng Section, Dryharts village by members of Pudimoe Visible Policing Support.

Botha wat sedert 30 Oktober om 11:00 van Colridge, Vryburg vermis was, is veilig gevind en by sy suster, Amenia van Wyk in Colridge herenig. Na dae van besorgdheid het ’n lid van die publiek, Botha opgemerk by ’n vulstasie in Mafikeng en in kontak gekom met Jaco Kayser van Jamon Privaat Ondersoekdienste om sy ligging aan te dui. Botha is nou weer tuis saam met sy familie.
