Seipati Ngwejane is an entrepreneur who loves cooking. Her late mom taught her the finer details of cooking and uses garlic and herbs to flavour her food. She dreams about having her own cook book or cooking show one day.

SEIPATI’S TATSO WINTER WARMER

Ingredients:
• 2 onions chopped
• 2 tablespoons curry of your choice
• Lots of garlic (it's your choice but I love garlic)
• 2 stock cubes
• 1 green pepper chopped
• 1 red pepper chopped
• Half a cup vinegar
• 4 spoons sugar
• 1kg split peas
• Salt to Taste

Method:
- Boil split peas until soft
- Fry 2 onions and peppers till soft in a different pan.
- Add lots of garlic,
- Add 2 teaspoon of curry power, vinegar and sugar.
- Add the mix to the pot of split peas,
- Add 2 stock cubes, black pepper, pinch of salt and let it simmer
- Serve with toasted bread cubes.
