Crust
• 350 ml self-raising flour
• 400ml warm water
• 125 ml cooking oil
• Pinch salt

Filling
• 500g pork mince (or any other mince)
• 1 tin tomato and onion mix or own mix
• Tomato sauce
• 1 pk bacon chopped
• 1 pk mushroom chopped
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese 
• Oregano, black pepper, salt 
• ¼ green pepper chopped (optional)  Method
• Fry mince, bacon and mushroom in a pan.
• Add salt and pepper to taste.
• Put flour, oil, salt and warm water in a jug.
• Stir with a fork till soft, slightly runny dough.
• Brush braai pan with little oil, and turn the heat to 1 or low. 
• Spread dough evenly over the bottom of pan, spread tomato sauce over dough.
• Spread tomato and onion mix over.
• Spread the mince mix and green peppers over and add the grated cheese.
• Sprinkle oregano over.
• Turn heat up to 3 1/2 or medium. Cover with lid. Keep closed for 10 -15 min. 
• Turn heat back down to 1. Remove lid and wait about 5 min. Ready to eat.
